In 2024, I was commissioned to photograph Surf Synergy Resort—a vibrant surf and wellness destination in Costa Rica. My goal was to capture the energy, beauty, and spirit of the resort through both photography and video production, portraying it not just as a top surf retreat, but as a dream getaway for adventurous women seeking both thrill and rejuvenation.

Capturing Coastal Adventure, Female Empowerment & Luxury Lifestyle

Nestled along Costa Rica’s stunning Pacific coast, Surf Synergy is a place where lush jungle meets perfect waves. For this project, I focused on storytelling that blended the power of water, the freedom of surfing, and the joy of connection—whether between friends, with nature, or within ourselves.

A Visual Story of Surf, Sisterhood & Self-Care

From sunrise paddle-outs to sunset beach yoga, my camera followed a group of women who embodied the very essence of freedom, confidence, and fun. We highlighted every aspect of the Surf Synergy experience:

Surf coaching and guided sessions
Oceanfront wellness programs
Healthy, locally sourced cuisine
Chic tropical accommodations
Moments of pure laughter and reflection

This commission allowed me to blend my background in expedition and adventure photography with a lifestyle storytelling approach. I love working on campaigns that feel purposeful, and this one was about more than just waves—it was about connection.
