As the climate pushes winter later each year, snowmakers are the first ones to fight for the season. Zack Saiz-Hawes didn’t choose snowmaking — but after an injury prevented him from snowboarding, it became a way to stay part of the mountain community. This film was made in one day and it won Best Cinematography in ‪@theartofdocumentary‬ One Day Documentary competition.
