Since 2015, Tamara Šuša has worked as a contracted photographer for Aspen Snowmass, documenting the landscapes, outdoor culture, and year-round experiences that define Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley. Her imagery ranges from deep winter powder days and ski photography on Snowmass Mountain to summer mountain biking, alpine sunsets, and fall landscapes filled with changing aspens. Since 2015, Tamara Šuša has collaborated with Snowmass Tourism to help capture and communicate the spirit of Snowmass Village through photography and visual storytelling. For years, Tamara Šuša has led video production and visual storytelling projects for Aspen Chamber Resort Association, creating cinematic content that captures the atmosphere, culture, and year-round experiences of Aspen, Colorado. As a Colorado videographer and visual storyteller, her work highlights everything from world-class skiing and luxury mountain resorts to local events, outdoor recreation, dining, and small businesses throughout the Roaring Fork Valley. SURF SYNERGY
In 2024, Tamara Šuša was commissioned to photograph Surf Synergy, a surf and wellness retreat located along the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Through both photography and video production, her work focused on capturing the atmosphere, movement, and connection to nature that define the experience of the resort. From surfing and tropical landscapes to wellness practices and community moments, the project blended lifestyle photography with cinematic travel storytelling. The imagery was created to position Surf Synergy not only as a premier surf destination, but also as a space for adventurous women seeking a balance of outdoor adventure, relaxation, and meaningful travel experiences.

Since 2021, Tamara Šuša has documented live performances and events at Belly Up Aspen through concert photography and short-form video production created for social media and digital marketing. From intimate acoustic performances to high-energy concerts, her work captures the atmosphere, movement, and connection between artists and audiences inside one of Colorado’s most iconic music venues. As an Aspen-based concert photographer and videographer, Tamara combines cinematic editing with a documentary-style approach to create engaging visual content that reflects the energy of live music and nightlife in the Rocky Mountains.

Tamara Šuša has been commissioned as a ski photographer for Ski Portillo, documenting one of South America’s most iconic mountain destinations. Located high in the Chilean Andes near the border of Argentina, Portillo is known for its dramatic alpine terrain, steep ski lines, and vibrant mountain culture. Through ski photography, landscape imagery, and outdoor storytelling, Tamara captured the experience of skiing in the Andes—from expansive powder fields and high-alpine light to the striking contrast of snow-covered peaks rising above Laguna del Inca. Her work combines adventure photography with cinematic mountain landscapes, helping showcase Portillo as a world-renowned destination for skiing and expedition travel.
Ice Axe Expeditions
Since 2023, Tamara Šuša has joined Ice Axe Expeditions as an expedition photographer and videographer, documenting ski expeditions in some of the world’s most remote mountain environments, including Antarctica, Morocco, and Kazakhstan. Working alongside mountain guides, skiers, and expedition teams, her role has focused on capturing both the adventure and the atmosphere of these journeys through photography, video production, and documentary storytelling. Photographs from these expeditions have been widely published in outdoor, travel, and editorial publications, helping showcase the experience of expedition skiing and exploration in some of the planet’s most dramatic landscapes.
X games Aspen
In 2022, Tamara Šuša photographed the X Games Aspen 2022 for ESPN, documenting one of the world’s most recognized extreme sports events through action sports photography and visual storytelling. Held at Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen, Colorado, the event brought together elite skiers, snowboarders, and snowmobile athletes competing at the highest level of winter sports. From massive freestyle tricks and nighttime finals to behind-the-scenes moments and crowd energy, Tamara’s work captured the atmosphere, intensity, and culture surrounding the event. As a Colorado ski photographer and videographer, her imagery combines fast-paced action with cinematic mountain visuals that reflect the excitement of Aspen’s winter sports scene.

Tamara Šuša has collaborated with Shredly to create commercial photography and visual content centered around women’s mountain biking, outdoor adventure, and lifestyle storytelling. Her work includes photographing apparel collections in action as well as documenting women’s mountain bike retreats throughout Colorado and Utah. Through movement-focused imagery and documentary-inspired storytelling, Tamara captures the energy, confidence, and community that define the riding experience. The project combines outdoor lifestyle photography with authentic brand storytelling, showcasing both Shredly’s vibrant apparel designs and the growing culture of women in mountain biking.
