Studio + Shoot Assistant
June 1st-September 30th | 20 flexible hours per week
I’m looking for a Studio + Shoot Assistant to help with both on-location photo shoots and behind-the-scenes studio work.
This role is ideal for someone interested in photography production, creative workflows, and the logistics behind a working photography studio.
Because my work spans several areas of photography, the role includes a mix of studio tasks, print fulfillment, and assisting on location during photo shoots and events.
Responsibilities
Photography Workflow
Culling and organizing photographs
Basic photo editing in Adobe Lightroom
Organizing image folders and archives
On-Location Assisting
Assisting on photo shoots and events
Helping set up lights, simple props, and gear
Carrying and managing photography equipment
Assisting with general production tasks during shoots
Studio & Print Fulfillment
Preparing fine art prints and books for packaging
Packaging and shipping print orders
Ordering client deliverables (flash drives, packaging supplies)
Studio Organization
Assisting with organizing photo archives
Preparing images for galleries or client delivery
Skills & Requirements
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Experience with Adobe Lightroom
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
Ability to carry photography gear
Comfortable working outdoors in mountain environments and changing weather
Reliable and punctual
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience assisting photographers on shoots or events
Interest in outdoor or adventure photography
Familiarity with photography equipment and lighting
Digital Assistant (SEO + Website + Blog)
Part-Time | Remote or Flexible Location
I’m looking for an experienced Digital Assistant with strong SEO knowledge to help improve the search visibility of my photography website and manage ongoing website content.
This role focuses on SEO strategy, content optimization, and website management, helping ensure photography projects, blog posts, and fine art print pages perform well in search.
This is a great role for someone who understands SEO for visual content, image-heavy websites, and creative portfolios.
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Optimization
Optimize website pages for target keywords
Improve on-page SEO across photography project pages and print collections
Implement and monitor internal linking strategies
Optimize image metadata, alt text, and captions
Improve search visibility for photography-related keywords
Website Content Management
Upload and organize images on the website
Update fine art print pages
Resize and prepare images for web performance
Ensure pages follow SEO best practices
Blog & Content SEO
Optimize blog posts for search performance
Implement structured headings and keyword placement
Create internal links between related projects, blog posts, and print collections
Example Work
Add alt text to images
Upload blog posts and optimize them for SEO
Create internal linking between pages
Update print pages with improved metadata
Resize and prepare images for web use
Example Tasks
Upload Antarctica images to the website
Add metadata and keywords to image pages
Link photography pages to related film projects
Optimize blog posts about expeditions and photography projects
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience with SEO and website optimization
Strong understanding of on-page SEO and keyword strategy
Experience with image SEO, metadata, and alt text optimization
Experience managing website content and image-heavy pages
Experience with Squarespace
Experience working with photography or portfolio websites
Experience with Pinterest and visual search optimization
Ability to develop and implement internal linking strategies

I’m looking for a Visual Content Designer to help create clean, consistent visual content for social media, blog posts, and marketing materials, as well as design photo albums from client galleries.
This role focuses on maintaining a cohesive visual style across platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, and website content, while helping present photography projects in a polished and engaging way.

I am looking for a Photo Editor to assist with photo culling and editing for various projects. The work would mostly include events and weddings.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with photography at a detailed level and has strong experience with image selection and Lightroom editing workflows.
Responsibilities
Photo Culling
Reviewing large photo sets and selecting the strongest images
Flagging duplicates, out-of-focus images, and technical errors
Creating clean, well-organized selections for final galleries
Photo Editing
Editing images in Adobe Lightroom
Adjusting exposure, contrast, color balance, and white balance
Maintaining a consistent editing style across image sets
Workflow Organization
Organizing edited photos into structured folders
Preparing final image sets for delivery or further processing
Maintaining clean Lightroom catalogs and file organization
Skills & Requirements
Strong experience with Adobe Lightroom
